Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily functions such as eating and bathing.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and safety policies

Key Requirements
