Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, quantity surveying, construction management or related field plus two years experience
  • Associate’s degree plus four years experience
  • Eight years similar industry experience without a degree
  • Prior experience working on or with construction projects
  • Prior experience utilizing budgets and forecasts and validating invoicing
  • Working knowledge of industry standard software (SAP, PowerBI, cost management applications)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
