Job Summary

  • Support the day-to-day operational relationship between the company and its 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy, SOP compliance, and timely processing of returned or damaged goods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily monitoring and coordination of returns, refusals, and reverse logistics activity across all warehouse locations.
