  • Operate and repair the facility’s HVAC systems to maintain safe and efficient operation, including monitoring systems and taking corrective action.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, alterations, and routine operations on facility systems, recording all work performed and completing required reports.
  • The position requires the ability to work flexible hours based on the event schedule and may involve interior and exterior work with moderate to strenuous physical demands.
