• 6-8 years of Accounting or Finance related experience
• 2-4 years of Investment Banking M&A experience or 3-5 years Big 4 Transactional Audit Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA certifications
