Must-have
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Experience supporting international clients
Proficient with Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Support via email, chat, and phone
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

Experience with POS systems or SaaS platforms
