Key Requirements

  • Previous Front Desk Agent experience
  • Two years Concierge or Hotel Guest Services experience
  • Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Administration
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Manager software
  • Excellent written and verbal bilingual communication
  • Active member of Les Clefs D’Or is an asset
