Job Summary

• As Regional Vice President, Insurance Brokerage Distribution, you will contribute to RBC Insurance’s overall Brokerage channel sales goals through the recruitment, selection, coaching, development and management of a highly productive sales team.
• You will provide leadership to the Brokerage sales team in the western regions, championing the client experience while delivering upon the RBCI’s Vision, Strategic Priorities and Organizational Goals.
