Job Summary

  • The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
  • This role requires adherence to the Integer Production System (IPS) focusing on enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization, associate engagement, and systems optimization.
  • Candidates must ensure products are produced with the highest level of quality through adherence to QMS and attainment of Quality Metric KPIs.
