Must-have
7+ years UX or interaction design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered product experiences
Expertise in conversational and multi-turn flow design
Experience with Design Systems and pattern libraries
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Nice-to-have
Background in content design or UX writing
Experience with generative AI tooling like Lovable
Knowledge of A2UI patterns and accessibility compliance
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycle
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 7 years of industry experience in product or UX design
