Job Summary
The College of Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Medical Center seeks applicants for Veterinary Customer Service Specialists with the Small Animal Reception team.
Duties include responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in professional manner; answering and directing internal and external calls appropriately; creating accurate day-to-day admitting information through hospital computer system; resolving routine problems and complex situations using appropriate medical terminology, office practices and procedures, and established customer service principles; maintaining safe and accurate money handling practices and abiding by all university privacy standards.
This opening is a full-time position (40 hours/week) on first shift including evenings and weekends, with evening and weekend hours eligible for shift differential.
