Key Requirements
minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience
Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
Private practice and in-house experience required
Advanced knowledge of litigation processes
Proficiency with legal research tools
Proficiency with litigation support platforms
Strong PC skills including MS Office
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Exceptional analytical skills
Demonstrated expertise in drafting legal documents
Professional certification, such as Certified Paralegal preferred
