Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum one year Preop/Post op Care experience
  • Current IL RN license required
  • PACU setting experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Work varying shifts M-F 0600-1930

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree preferred over ADN
  • PALS certification preferred
  • Optional Saturday call availability
  • Evidence-based practice approach
  • Compassionate skilled dialogue skills

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • BSN preferred or obtain within one year if hired with less than 12 months experience
  • AHA CPR and ACLS required within 3 months of hire
  • PALS preferred or must be completed within 3 months
