Key Requirements
Technical diploma or apprenticeship in machining or mechanical engineering
Current welding certifications (AWS D17.1, EN 1418) for aerospace
Minimum 4-6 years hands-on experience in aircraft engine case repair
NDT Level II certification per NAS 410 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A
Heat treatment qualification for localized stress relief
