Job Summary
This contract role is focused on coordination and candidate experience, ensuring every interview, communication, and onboarding step runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones, supporting 2–4 recruiters and manage candidate logistics from interview stage through offer and onboarding.
The role involves maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and consistency, and supporting reporting and data tracking for the Talent Acquisition team.
