Job Summary

  • This contract role is focused on coordination and candidate experience, ensuring every interview, communication, and onboarding step runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones, supporting 2–4 recruiters and manage candidate logistics from interview stage through offer and onboarding.
  • The role involves maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and consistency, and supporting reporting and data tracking for the Talent Acquisition team.
