  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers and designers delivering bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, and load rating projects for ODOT and local Ohio clients.
  • The approximate compensation range for this position is $109,179 to $170,507 per year.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in bridge engineering
  • Extensive experience with ODOT and local Ohio public agencies
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Proven experience overseeing successful project delivery
  • Track record of leading and winning proposals
