  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of nursing care plans, quality assurance activities, and ensure nursing staff adherence to care standards.
  • Provide health education to patients and families, supervise nursing staff, and perform general nursing duties during emergencies or staffing shortages.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
