Job Summary

  • This role oversees complex, high-impact projects within Walmart’s Industrial Construction Team, ensuring excellence in every phase—from project scoping, budgeting, and bidding to negotiations, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the construction and negotiation of projects supporting the rollout of initiatives within the Supply Chain and Heath & Wellness networks.
  • The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and construction management
  • 8-10 years' experience in site development, building design, and construction management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing large-scale industrial automation projects
  • Experience managing multiple site development projects simultaneously
