• The Retail Lending Officer is a member-focused Brand Ambassador responsible for all personal credit granting functions, performing analysis to assess loan viability and risk, and making appropriate recommendations.
• Using advice-based sales, the Personal Account Manager takes ownership of all the member’s needs promoting the full range of credit union products and services, building member relationships that add value and contribute positively to the credit union’s profitability.
