The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and mentoring Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires reviewing patient charts in Net Health EMR, PCC EMR, and Value Based Care Solutions to ensure compliance with company policy and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent must monitor facility therapy staffing ratios, support mock surveys, and assist in responding to third-party reviews such as CERTs and UPIC defenses.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within 1 year of hire
