Salary
Base: $74,900 - $112,300; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and may receive equity; Benefits: Wide range of benefits including genomics sequencing, family planning, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, and paid time off

Experience with Revit, CAD drafting and Bluebeam
Experience with Laboratory and EHS standards
Key Requirements
2-5 years of related experience
Create, read, and understand construction drawings and specifications
Prepare diagrams, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
Understand principles of construction and contract administration
Strong design and graphic presentation skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
