Job Summary

• Ennoble Care is hiring for a Full-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to work within and around the Douglasville / Cobb County, GA region.
• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN Case Manager works under the general direction of the Director of Nursing, the attending physician and the interdisciplinary group in providing skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of both patients and their loved ones/caregivers.

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing
• Currently licensed RN in Georgia
• One year of RN experience
• CPR certified
• Licensed driver with insured automobile
