The People Support Operations Specialist combines being the first point of contact for P&C-related enquiries for all Roche people with executing Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) activities.
Initially, the primary mission is the end-to-end creation and management of Spanish labor contracts.
In this role, you won't just be "creating contracts." You will be the guardian of the employee experience for Roche Spain, starting from their very first document.
