The Maintenance I/E Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electrical and instrumentation controls in a pharmaceutical plant environment.
The role requires strict adherence to safety programs, proper documentation, and collaboration with maintenance supervisors and engineers to ensure equipment reliability.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical and instrumentation maintenance
Calibration of plant monitoring devices
Use of CMMS systems like Maximo
Working knowledge of electrical schematics
Experience with low voltage AC/DC and 480-volt circuits
Adherence to safety and PPE protocols
Nice-to-have
Problem solving skills
Interpersonal savvy
Learning on the fly
Familiarity with National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E
Experience with PLC systems
Teamwork and continuous improvement culture
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
1-3 years I/E experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Associate or Technical degree preferred
Knowledge of cGMP standards
Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo or MP2
