Job Summary

• This position is responsible for talking to referral sources, collecting information and entering it into the computer, completing initial authorization, and verifying insurance so the patient can receive appropriate treatment.
• The role involves interfacing with third party payers to determine insurance benefits/self-pay status authorization at the time of intake and coordinating with other departments.
