** The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking multiple Youth Program Education Assistants I for the Child and Adolescent Unit at Central Regional Hospital in Butner, NC. Ideal candidates will provide specialized services to behaviorally challenged patients and must meet specific educational and certification requirements. **

Job Summary

  • These positions will provide specialized direct services to extremely behaviorally challenged patients in the forms of behavioral programming, facilitating training/activities, in addition to assisting with health care needs to whatever is deemed necessary.
  • A Sign-on bonus of $2,500 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
  • Shift premiums are available for 8-hour shifts, including weekend and evening/night differentials.
