Job Summary

  • Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, including planning, assigning, and directing work, assessing performance, and addressing employee relations issues.
  • Ensure that staff has the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities, including oversight for training plan execution and SOP review.
  • Manage the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation, identifying quality risks and creating corrective action plans.
