Job Summary
Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, including planning, assigning, and directing work, assessing performance, and addressing employee relations issues.
Ensure that staff has the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities, including oversight for training plan execution and SOP review.
Manage the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation, identifying quality risks and creating corrective action plans.
