As an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Managers to gain proficiency in manufacturing and supporting processes, driving day-to-day performance in adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety.

GMP manufacturing experience
Supervisory skills development
Manufacturing process adherence
cGMP and safety compliance
Continuous improvement and problem solving

Experience with FDA regulated quality systems

Key Requirements
Science/Engineering degree or relevant experience
Experience of GMP manufacturing
