Capability to operate commercial kitchen equipment safely

Key Requirements
Minimum one year of institutional production cooking experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Food handlers' card required within 30 days for Banner Staffing Services (BSS) members
Ability to pass certification tests for food handling regulations
