Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and device physics
Proficiency with SPC, FMEA, DOE, and 8D problem-solving
Experience leading first-pass qualifications for NPI/NTI
Ability to chair review board meetings for technical decisions
Nice-to-have
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Understanding of automotive and data center industry standards
Working knowledge of thin films deposition and lithography processes
