Must-have
Tier 1 FSRA Compliance membership
ANZIIF Associate membership or willingness to obtain
Hybrid work model requiring 3 days office presence
Prospect pipeline management and CRM usage
Corporate and mid-market insurance broking experience
Nice-to-have
Strong existing relationships with insurers and underwriters
Self-motivated sales mindset
