The Technology Programs Lead, PMO will manage and contribute to digital-related projects and work cross-functionally to identify, shape and implement New Product Development process improvements.
Responsibilities include supporting/leading digital projects from initiation to completion, developing and managing MS Project timelines, and reporting timely updates via Project Templates and Dashboards.
The role requires expertise in project, change and process management, strong communication, and effective team leadership, with a focus on meeting project and business objectives and milestones.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 Years of Work Experience
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Basic data-analysis and visualization skills (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, or Tableau)
Exposure to product lifecycle tools (PLM) or configuration management system
Internship, coursework, or project experience in digital technologies and/or systems integration
