Job Summary

• The Supervisor of Patient Service Representatives is responsible for the daily functions and customer support within the Patient Service Representative/front desk registration areas, ensuring departmental goals and targets are met with a primary focus on quality customer service support.
• This role involves guiding and directing at least 4 direct reports, coaching staff, administering disciplinary action, and determining appropriate measures of quality service to report to the Clinic Director.
• The position requires oversight of patient scheduling to increase productivity and profitability, monitoring and auditing front-office tasks for accuracy and productivity, and ensuring staff receive timely new hire and annual trainings.
