Job Summary

  • The Workers’ Compensation Administrator oversees the day-to-day administration of Tessera’s workers’ compensation program, including Washington State L&I and out-of-state claims, and return‑to‑work coordination across all locations.
  • This role partners closely with the safety team regarding OSHA recordables and reporting and works directly with employees, HR, leadership, finance, medical providers, and consultants to ensure compliant, consistent, and employee‑focused claims management while mitigating risk and costs.
