Must-have

Campus network architecture understanding
Cisco/Huawei switches and routers
Palo Alto/Fortigate firewall management
Nice-to-have
Linux/Windows systems administration experience
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services
Python, Ansible, Git automation skills
CCNA or CCNP certification
Strong communication and coordination skills
