Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced AutoCAD proficiency
Spanish language fluency required
3-5 years CAD or space planning experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Knowledge of Latin American building codes
Nice-to-have
Portuguese language proficiency
Experience with IWMS or CAFM platforms
Understanding of activity-based working concepts
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
3-5 years hands-on experience in CAD drafting or project coordination
Fluency in Spanish; strong English proficiency preferred
