Job Summary
The Personal Banker SAFE Act is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of sales, products, or service activities in coordination with the customer service team, with the objective of fostering customer loyalty and increasing sales to individual consumer clients.
Responsibilities include working with business credit requests, recognizing and referring larger lending opportunities, cross-selling treasury and small business products, building referral business, and delivering client services through outbound and inbound calls.
