Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Structural component design
FEM analysis and hand calculations
Knowledge of welding standards API, ASME, ISA, ANSI & DIN
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Use of CREO or ANSYS SpaceClaim
Structural validation using ANSYS
Nice-to-have
Field experience in BOP
Strong analytical skills including acoustics
Good communication and teaming skills
Innovation in design solutions
System and process knowledge in O&G and power generation
Key Requirements
BE Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge in welding symbols and standards
Experience with CREO or ANSYS SpaceClaim
Strong structural validation knowledge using ANSYS
