Key Requirements

  • Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy school
  • PGY1 residency or 2 years health-system experience
  • Texas Pharmacist License or eligibility
  • Pharmacist licensure within 90 days of employment
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 60 days (critical care only)
