Job Summary

• Lead the enterprise Supplier Development Engineering (SDE) function, setting strategic direction, defining performance management structures, and driving capability development.
• Own the enterprise supplier onboarding and readiness lifecycle, including new supplier and packager onboarding, capability validation, inspections, readiness gates, and launch governance.
• Partner with Procurement and Commercial leadership to integrate supplier capability and readiness insights into sourcing, cost, capacity, negotiation, and portfolio decisions.
