This role involves providing clear, commercially focused employment law advice across the full spectrum of HR and employee relations issues for MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities.
The successful candidate will manage complex internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and high-risk disputes while collaborating closely with Compliance, Human Resources, and Internal Audit functions.
MUFG offers a dual-hat arrangement allowing lawyers to serve both banking and securities entities with flexibility to gain experience across multiple business lines and jurisdictions in EMEA.
