Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years repairing complex hardware
Experience with quantitative LC-MS instruments
Electro-mechanical and fluidics troubleshooting
90% travel requirement within United States
Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry

Strong customer relationship management skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
3-5 years progressive experience in clinical, manufacturing, or research settings
3 years experience with quantitative LC-MS in health/diagnostics industry
Ability to travel including overnight, weekends, and holidays
US work authorization required for national field-based role
