Job Summary
Manages the day to day operations of assigned Vascular Access ambulatory centers within an eligible FVC region assisting the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to ensure efficient, effective, and optimal performance in quality, operations and finance.
Conducts analyses of quality, finance and operations performance to optimize center performance implementing cost containment strategies as applicable and ensuring profitability and growth of the business.
Provides leadership, support and guidance to Vascular Access Facility Managers, managing staffing through appropriate hiring, firing and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Regional Director of Operations and Human Resources.
