Key Requirements

  • CompTIA + Certification or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years customer-driven IT support experience
  • CCNA preferred
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI model
  • Ability to travel at least 50%
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders up to 15ft
  • Experience with Zendesk ticketing preferred
