Job Summary
This role will play a pivotal leadership role in driving New Product Planning (NPP) initiatives for China, with a primary focus on Immunology, Autoantibody, Neuroscience, CV (Cardiovascular) and PH (Pulmonary Hypertension) therapeutic areas.
The Director will report directly to the Vice President, Commercial Strategy, APSO, and will lead a high-performing team, including two New Product Planning Associate Directors, with a strong emphasis on talent development and performance excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in pharma/biotech
Significant exposure to NPP and commercial strategy in China
