You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
Design and execution of the BEES commercial strategy: align with Trade teams to develop the monthly Game Plan and define the 360° strategy for BEES, including task planning, missions, Club B, promotions, digital communication, challenges, and reward redemptions.
