About the Role We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager to head and manage the corporate secretarial function of our firm. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of clients, manage client relation and development, ensure the department complies with the policies and overseeing the firm’s corporate secretarial practice, ensuring quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory to clients. This role requires a good understanding of corporate regulatory, leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively. Key Responsibilities Corporate Compliance & Advisory Oversee and ensure clients’ compliance of regulatory and statutory requirements under the Companies Act 1967, ACRA, and other relevant authorities. Oversee the supervision of staff, review work perform by subordinates to ensure the compliance of the regulatory and statutory requirements under the Companies Act 1967. Provides guidance to subordinates on the areas of the work involving judgement and complexity Client Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, acting as their key point of contact for corporate secretarial matters. Provide timely, accurate, and practical advice to clients on regulatory changes and compliance implications. Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, and government agencies when required. Leadership & Team Management Supervise, coach, and corporate secretarial team mentor. Manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial management and development of the department. Work together with other team members, provide internal training and technical updates on regulatory and filing changes. Foster open communication within the team and inspire collaboration through active engagement.
