Job Summary
Direct the summer swim team program that prepares swimmers ages 5-18 years to compete in the Midlakes Swim League in Washington State.
Manage administrative aspects of the swim team, including but not limited to: swimmer registration, practice schedules, creating and executing age-appropriate workouts, meet strategy, meet entry, meet setup, and parent communication.
Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate Junior Coaches and work with Parent Volunteer Coordinators to recruit and organize volunteers.

Key Requirements
Solid competitive swim coaching experience
Personal experience as a competitive swimmer
Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification/ First Aid/CPR/AED
USA coach certification preferred
Experience with Swimmingly and/or HyTek Meet Manager and HyTek Team Manager – preferred
