Job Summary

  • Direct the summer swim team program that prepares swimmers ages 5-18 years to compete in the Midlakes Swim League in Washington State.
  • Manage administrative aspects of the swim team, including but not limited to: swimmer registration, practice schedules, creating and executing age-appropriate workouts, meet strategy, meet entry, meet setup, and parent communication.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate Junior Coaches and work with Parent Volunteer Coordinators to recruit and organize volunteers.

  • Experience with Swimmingly and/or HyTek Meet Manager and HyTek Team Manager – preferred
