  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Organize in-service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to assure competency and new skills.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN license
