Job Summary

• The Labor Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of labor crews on construction projects to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage resources and schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• The employee must frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing over 50 pounds with assistance or team lifting techniques.
